Hello everyone! It is sunday 11th of September, and a new episode of our podcast "Trends of order and chaos". This is the 71th episode, and here are the main topics of the past week.
Although the online magazine "Assembly" is active since March 30, 2020 - as soon as there was a feeling in the air around that this hateful status quo had finally cracked - we consider September 6 to be the beginning of its real impact on the social life of Kharkiv.
In Kupoli (Mannerheimintie 5 B 7th floor) 28th of September 4-8 PM
Innovation university is not for average people. It is place for the toughest teams, to create synergy that produces billions.

Are you ready to succeed?

Imagine the following situation. Due to a strike, public transportation is paralyzed all over the country. Some restaurants and shops shut their doors and 30,000 people are gathered in Helsinki to oppose the current cabinet’s austerity measures, despite of wind and rain. This (18th of September - trans.) is the first joint demonstration by all the confederations of labor unions in Finland since the last depression 24 years ago. “And now we are here again” is said on stage at the demonstration.

A discussion on anarchist alternatives to representative democracy within the Student Body* and the University
Historically, student self-government has revolved around the erasing of the power of the individual student and replacing it with a bureaucracy which is ever more distant from their reality.

A special quest from Quebec visiting Helsinki will give a talk about escalation of tacticts/building movements within student politics. Topics of the talk will include endorsing a diversity of tactics, co-optation by electoral politics and more liberal forms of activism, boardening struggles and neighbourhood assemblies and why movements like this have the potential to happen anywhere.
Hello, comrade!
We are all units that can unite to create a just future. But all attempts are predetermined to fail, as long as these units are zeros.

13th of February 2012 students of Quebec of Canada launched a strike against hike of tuition fee, which was joined by up to 150 000 students. Up to half a million people joined protest marches against emergency law to curb the protest. In beginning of the September, after tuition freeze, the remaining student associations on strike voted to return to class. How was this victory organised, and what may we learn from the Quebec students?
From 11th to 13th of November, annual libetarian festival "Black Petrograd" will take place in St. Petersburg of Russia. In program, there will be discussions, lectures, activist trainings, sport trainings and a little bit of revolutionary fervour. Black Petrograd has for a good while been an important meeting point of anarchists and other non-authoritarian leftists from different cities of Russia and former Soviet Union. An opportunity to exchange experience, evaluate ones activities, to plan new campaigns. Main goal of the festival this year is to develop international connections. Guest speakers are expected from several European countries.
This year we are forced to gather participation fees from participators of the festival. We try to keep this sum at a minimum - 100 roubles, 2.50 euros for all three days of the festival. Money will be spend to meals, and also to finance travel of few guests from abroad.
Festival is drug and alcohol free.
We call on concerned academics around the world to sign the petition to Administration of Tyumen State University and Russian higher education authorities.
Andrey Kutuzov is a Russian anarchist academic who has been teaching linguistics at Tyumen State University (Western Siberia). He is also an activist and participant in grassroots movements. 7 September 2011 Andrey was dismissed by Gennady Chebotarev, the rector of the University. We believe that Andrey was dismissed because of pressure from the local authorities on the university administration. The official reason for the dismissal was declared “committing an immoral deed” referring to the recent case of repression for his political activities.
On Wednesday, April 13, students of Lviv held mass protest "against the degradation of education", which was attended by no less than 4 thousand people. Everything began with the rally near the monument of Ivan Franko, where students painted posters, writing on the stands of their grievances and demands to the Ministry of Education and conducted the orchestra rehearsal protest.
Victor-FSB
A couple of months ago at Moscow's night and day a young man went with a friend "for a beer." When friends in the evening enough for two missing friends, all that managed to find - it obranennoe in an elevator permit students of the Academy of the FSB with a photograph of the very rush (we'll call him Victor and I, apparently, under this name he is known) and permission for two horns of AK-74 that lay inside.
Victor himself refers to the familiar in the antifascist movement in Petrozavodsk, and studying in Moscow.
In order to land rights, the State is not required that he committed an illegal act! What dangerous activities for the state, the more it bites back. But repression and armed violence on human beings have never stopped the attack on the state and the desire to destroy it. It never once did not succumb, is resisting the enemy to drive into a trap.
Any power to suppress and discredit these people's protests (and not a political clown opponents during the election) enlists the aid of the nationalists, who are always ready for small investments "in the case of the nation" to do all the dirty robot.
Sometimes it is disguised as a blunt attack, and sometimes, as happened today, under the guise of "comrades in the struggle" to get into, and to embroil the most to discredit protesters.

There is no plan for fiscal balance. No work for a stipend." The protest was ass to raise awareness in the working heart.
