Wish Anti-Fascist Political Prisoner Mikhail Kulkov a Happy Birthday!

Mikhail turns 32 today, October 12. This will be his ninth birthday in captivity.
Mikhail Kulkov is an anti-fascist from Penza and a defendant in the “Network” case. He was sentenced to 10 years in a penal colony for “participation in a terrorist organization” and “attempted drug trafficking.”
While already imprisoned, Kulkov was placed in a punishment cell (SHIZO) for refusing to testify without a lawyer in the case concerning the murders of Ekaterina Levchenko and Artyom Dorofeev in a forest near Ryazan. In late 2025, Kulkov was transferred to strict detention conditions (SUS), and in May this year, he was sent to a cell-type facility (PKT) for five months.
Mikhail graduated from Penza College of Trade and Economics with a qualification as a chef-technologist. He was interested in parkour and graduated from music school, where he studied violin. After serving in the army, he worked in the food service industry and dreamed of opening his own fast-food outlet and eventually a café.
