Antifascist in prison in Bulgaria

Jock Polfrimen 23-year-old Australian, currently located in the central prison in Sofia, Bulgaria. He was charged with premeditated murder and attempted murder after a conflict with a group of 16 people.

December 27, 2007 Jock saw a group of people who attacked two young men of Roma. Jock decided to intercede for them, putting himself in the middle attack. Boys were able to escape. He tried to escape, too, but was forced to act in self-defense. There was a scuffle, during which two of the attackers were injured, one - deadly.

Jock was denied bail, he spent nearly two years in the central prison of Sofia.December 2, 2009, he said his last word in court, after which he was found guilty on two counts. He was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment with a civil fine of 450 000 Bulgarian leva (about 375,000 AUD).
