In Ukraine intend to introduce monetization

In Ukraine, it would be advisable to monetize and unify the benefits. This statement was made at a briefing in Kharkov, First Deputy Head of Presidential Administration, Executive Secretary of the Committee of economic reforms Irina Akimova after an open meeting of the Kharkiv Regional Committee for economic reforms.

According Akimova, as soon as possible to determine exactly what benefits to give and to whom, as well as to classify all the benefits, or "single, if I may say so, the inventory. In addition, most currently existing exemptions should be granted on the basis of income level, as she believes. On the provision of new types of benefits should be declared a moratorium.

Speaking about the professional benefits, Akimova said that the issue can be resolved in two ways. "To say no, and remove everything that is possible, or otherwise, professional benefits must pay those organizations that want to give them" - she explained.

In Russia, the monetization of benefits for transportation, medical treatment and medicines began in 2005 on the initiative of Mikhail Zurabov, from January 2010 is the Russian ambassador to Ukraine.Monetizing provoked mass protests Russians and a negative response in society. Furthermore, this innovation has cost the Treasury about 300 billion rubles - twice more expensive than planned.

Now Ukraine is increasingly seen those processes over which Russia. At the beginning of his presidency, Viktor Yanukovych announced his intention to build a power vertical, motivating things in order in a country that requires stabilization. This stabilization has already felt by the inhabitants of the country.

The Parliament is the new draft Labour Code, whose introduction to limit the rights of employees and give enormous powers to employers. It is advantageous to the regime, because namely, representatives of the current government owns many companies and they control the main areas of industry and economy. Only the signing of the extension of Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol and the Crimea in connection with which the orange opposition blocked the podium on April 29 at the session hall of the parliament is not allowed to take this project.

Most recently, the authorities intended to push through parliament controlled by the law that would tighten and restrict the rights of citizens to freedom of assembly, Itingen, processions and demonstrations.Mass demonstrations forced to postpone the adoption of this law. But local authorities stifled displeasure with administrative methods. So in Sevastopol courts prohibit peaceful protests for unfounded reasons. The court decision stated that these activities can cause unrest and besides, they violate the rights of people not participating in these activities.Only the last 3 days District Administrative Court considered, at least 4 similar cases.

Well, the latest news to the topic of how to follow in the footsteps of Russia in Ukraine is that the Sevastopol branch of the Party of Regions of Ukraine intends to sign a cooperation agreement with Moscow "United Russia".
