Deniz was tortured in the OBOP department for more than a day, and this is how he describes these days: "Several times they hit his stomach, psychological pressure was exerted, they stripped him naked, squatted down and put a shoe on his head, said that if the shoe fell down, they would insert a stool leg into his rectum, threatened my girlfriend with problems."

Deniz is charged under Art. 223 of the Criminal Code "manufacture and storage of explosives" + Art. 205.4 of the Criminal Code "participation in a terrorist organization" + part. 1 Art. 30 part. 2 Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code "preparation for a terrorist act". Deniz is also a suspect under Article 213 of the Criminal Code "hooliganism with the use of weapons". This case occurred before the arrest in the "Tyumen case", but the cases were merged into a common proceeding: he was attacked by several people, and he had to defend himself. The investigation is seeking charges of "exceeding self-defense and hooliganism". On these charges, he faces 10 to 15 years in prison.
