Pertti Simula has been active for almost 15 years in biggest peoples'
movement of Latin
America, Movement of the landless in Brasil (MST). Landless movement
decides important
common issues with principle of direct democracy. Simula is a
psychoanalytic and
trainer, and he has developed a consciencia-method in order to improve
cooperation,
human relations and communities. Into publishing has released his book
"a handbook
for a human", and Simula will tell about his experience in Brazil,
Sweden and Finland
on basis of his book. Love is a basic emotion of every human being.
Equality and
common responsability require direct democracy.

Disturbances is an open series of lectures and discussions at the
crossroads of society, philosophy, history, economy and resistance.
We are already aware that we can not live as before, but we do not know
what the future holds. Others are stuck in the past, but we only want to
understand it. Even a small disturbance of an initial condition can lead
a system into a completely different state.
Our speakers are Finnish and international anti-authoritarian
researchers and activists. Events are organized in cooperation with
A-ryhmä and AutOp, two student groups of the University of Helsinki. You
