Due to the fact that the Belarusian government again resorted to political repression and shows his dictatorial essence, IFA (International of Anarchist Federations), meeting in Sofia on 30-31 October 2010, reports that:
- He is opposed to any social and political activism, organized under the institutional and hierarchical control;
- Condemns all forms of repression against activists, whether they are anarchists or not;
- Expresses its solidarity with the persecuted fellow anarchists and all the victims of the regime;

SOLIDARITÉ AVEC LES ACTIVISTES BIÉLORUSSES
Alors que le gouvernement biélorusse est toujours aussi répressif et dictatorial, l'IFA (Internationale des Fédérations anarchistes), réunie à Sofia les 30-31 octobre 2010:
s'oppose à toute activité sociale et politique qui est organisée sous contrôle institutionnel et hiérarchique,
condamne toute forme de répression contre les militants, qu'ils soientanarchistes ou pas;
exprime sa solidarité avec les compagnons anarchistes persécutés et avec toutes les victimes du régime,
- Appelle à la mobilisation et à la participation de tous pour informer sur la négation totale de la liberté en Biélorussie et pour la liberté de tous les prisonniers politiques et pour une fin de la dictature de Minsk.
