Russia designates Telegram channel run by teenage anarchists as a terrorist organization

The lawsuit was filed by the acting prosecutor of Zabaykalsky Krai, Stanislav Nemtsov. The defendants were Chita-based anarchists Aleksandr Snezhkov and Lyubov Lizunova. According to their support group, they were declared the “leaders” of the association. Anarchists took part in the court hearing on January 20 via video link.

The regional prosecutor’s office for the Trans-Baikal region in eastern Siberia has submitted a petition to a local court to recognize the “Trans-Baikal Left Association” as a terrorist organisation. The petition refers to the telegram channel 75zlo, allegedly maintained by jailed anarchists Aleksandr Snezhkov and Lyubov Lizunova, which the petition asks to declare as “leaders” of this association.

In Chita a new trial starts against Alexander Snezhkov

On October 22, 2025, the Second District Military Court in Chita will start hearing a new criminal case against anarchist Alexander Snezhkov. This time, he is charged under of “Public calls for terrorist activity, public justification, or propaganda of terrorism.” The article carries a penalty of up to 500,000 rubles (circa 5000 euros) in fines or two to five years in prison.

On July 13, Lyubov Lizunova celebrates her birthday. She turns 19 years old.

Lyuba is an anti-fascist and anarchist from Chita. Together with Alexander Snezhkov, she managed the Telegram channels “Shugan-25” and 75ZLO, which were dedicated to protest initiatives in Primorsky Krai and the Transbaikal region.

Defendant in the “Chita case” Lyubov Lizunova transferred to a new penal colony

On May 1918-year-old anarchist Lyubov Lizunova was transferred from her previous location at the Tomsk Juvenile Correctional Facility (TVK-2) to a new location.

According to the support group, she is being moved to one of the colonies in Buryatia. Lyuba spent more than two and a half months in TVK-2 after a three-week transfer from Chita SIZO-1. During her time in Tomsk, she completed the 11th grade, passed her final exams, and received mostly top marks — nearly all A’s and a few B’s.

Anarchist rapper from Siberia kidnapped by Russian authorities

28th of April, hip-hop musician Andrei "KUBA" Kravchenko was kidnapped by police in Moscow in university, where he was about to pass his final exams in faculty of PR. He was handcuffed and taken to police station of "Bogorodskoe", from where he was further sent by airplane to his hometown, distant city of Chita in Siberia.

30th of April, Andrey was interrogated in criminal case against local anti-fascist activists, and eventually released court pending. Case dates back to September of 2010, when a group of local Nazis, lead by Semen Murzin, claimed to local polcie that they had been beaten up by anti-fascists. Five anti-fascist were charged with "hooliganism", but eventually three of them have been requalified from suspects to witnesses.

Direct Help: Chita antifascists in need of solidarity

On September, 12th, 2010 in Chita (Zabaikalskiy kray, Eastern Siberia) fight of local nazis with unknown persons has occurred, during fight nazis have received damages.

In the beginning of November agents of the Extremism department have spent searches in houses of FC Chita's fans, explaining it that nazis have written the application. Computers, football banners have been confiscated. But there is no application from nazies! This application, as well as statements of nazies, haven't been shown neither lawyers, nor suspects.
