In morning of 16th of August Occupy camp of Moscow ("Occupy Abai") was evicted from Chistie Prudy after a court order, but it was re-established the same day at Kudrinskaya square (also known as Revolution square). Lectures, infocenter and field kitchen (both omnivorous and vegan) were relaunched. 20 PM several hundreds of people gathered in the square. During the evening, a police officer approached several times Food Not Bombs activists, distributing vegan food, and demanded them to quit distribution, as they allegedly did not had necessary permissions to distribute food.

Before evening Anarchist singer-songwriter "comrade Arkadi" made a concert. Later, a freemarket was opened, where everyone could leave their goods and gather what was left by other people. Tomorrow 15th of May, there will be a lecture on free non-capitalist economy in the camp.

On the 6th of May, a lot of anarchists took part in almost all events which occured in Moscow. There was a peaceful march from Kaluzhskаja to Bolotnaja square, after that it became clear that the entrance was forbidden for people, protesting against the inauguration of Putin. The anarchists were in the front line, took an active part in fights with police, throwing at them bottles, umbrellas, sticks, asphalt pieces, smoke bombs and Molotov cocktails.

We visited the Russian Embassy with a small picket, condemning
political repression by the state.

How long has Moscow ABC been in operation, and what does it do?

There were previous anti-repression groups, but first incarnation under label of ABC-Moscow was set up in 2003 as a coordinating organ between existing groups, but around 2005 it had degraded to state of mere internet project. Around 2007, group was reorganised as an autonomous entity, and has been around ever since.

Most of our activity is spreading information and solidarity calls, and raising channeling funds in benefit of repressed anarchist anti-fascist comrades. Occasionally we organise letter-writing and other such events.

On the 29th of March the Federal Migration Service of Russia gave Finnish citizen Antti Rautiainen, a member of Autonomous Action, an order to leave the Russian Federation within 15 days. According to the order, Rautiainen is suspected of "making statements for the violent overthrow of the constitutional order." Migration authorities have commented, that such decisions are made according to orders from the FSB.

Rautiainen wants to appeal the decision with help of lawyers from the "Civic Action" NGO.

This letter was given to Masha's friends by one of her lawyers, Nikolay Polozov. It was written back when she didn't have an opportunity to pass letters to anyone. She was transferred to a more desnely-populated prison cell after.

9th of March there was a benefit evening in Lund, a student city located in Southern Sweden. One of the topics of the event was repressions against antifascists from Nizhniy Novgorod.

26th of Febryary, first freemarket, organised by anarchists, was organised in Severodvinsk of Arkhangelsk region in White sea. During freemarket, clothes, books, household equipment and food was distributed - for everyone in need, homeless people included. During freemarket, interviews were given to local press, video is to be published later. We call everyone to build alternatives to capitalist system right here and right now, a struggle for a better life should go on in every fronts - in home, in work, in education and in the street. Most important is not to be passive and to believe to ones strenght. Truth is in our side, we will win!

13th of February, a known Moscow anti-fascist Alexey Olesinov was arrested in St. Petersburg with charges of “hooliganism”, related to incident in Moscow club “Vozdukh” 17th of December.

Paper issue came up some time ago after the usual delays, so now it is time for online publication. For the beginning, about us, so that you know from which perspective we are talking.

On the 9th of February, at 6:30 in the morning in the area of the institute "FIAN" (in Samara) a janitor found the body of Nikita Kalin, born in 1991. At 8:00am police arrived on the scene, and at 11:00am police contacted the mother of the victim. According to his mother, Nikita was stabbed 61 times, besides this, his ribs were fractured multiple times, and his head was wounded as well. No property was stolen. Currently there is one murder suspect under arrest.
Nikita's blood was found on the clothes of the arrested suspect.

7th of February Serbian at the Serbian embassy of Moscow, a solidarity picket was organised against renewed court process of the Serbian anarchists, so called "Belgrade Six". Picket was organised by Moscow group of Autonomous Action, and was joined by members of Russian section of International Workers Association, and other Moscow anarchists. Picketeers had a banner "Freedom to Serbian anarchists", placates "Solidarity with Belgrade Six", and "Fuck you, no 18 euros" and others.
